Warning this thread contains Spoilers, about Dark Brotherhood mission "Hail Sithis" if you haven't done this mission and are still reading this then you sir are an idiot. For anyone who has finished feel free to carry on reading the thread with no insults directed your way.

So I just finished the Dark Brotherhood Questline in Skyrim, and decided to go back to my roots of Oblivion with decorating the bodies in poses for people to find them in. I managed to get to the Emperor's quarters without being seen or noticed by anyone else on the ship. (My sneak skill is 77-ish)

So I sneaked onboard entirely undetected and killed the big man with one arrow, as yer do. But before leaving I decided to make his wonderful death a parade to any who defy the dark brotherhood in future.

I shot him with the arrow through his jaw while he was seated at his desk, but thought since he'd made it so hard to get to him with making me poison a lookalike and whatnot, that instead of the quick death, it would be a quick death glorified by a portrait of a crime scene muhahahaha *cough, cough*

Anywho, A troll skull above his head. A Red mountain flower by his hand, a red apple on his other hand, lavender on his corpse, and the book on his desk subject of the Dark Brotherhood to remind others that you can't escape this guild.

So yeah a silently paraded death of an emperor, the only downside is I can't see what the guards would say when they found the body in this state.

So yes! I enjoy rearranging dead bodies in Oblivion & Skyrim, who doesn't?!

I sneaked on the ship undetected too, but I revealed myself to the emperor before slaying him. I wanted him to see what was coming to him, (he took it all quite well actually.) I usually just leave some nightshade about the place on Dark brotherhood missions you know like a calling card type thing, didn't have any on me when I dossed the emperor though so I just left him lying peacefully on the ground.

In Oblivion I used to pile up corpses and chuck them into the sea. Or I'd put them in various amusing sexual poses. If I was really bored, I'd kill them, throw them to the bottom of the stairs and then trash the house so it looked like a botched burglary whereby the occupant chased me down the stairs, fell and broke their neck.

Just re-read that last bit. I am so pathetic I could cry...

In Oblivion I used to love decorating my homes with random junk to create a good story for my characters. The closest thing to that atrocious display of role playing was killing women in my bedroom and strip them naked, put some special item in their inventory so they couldn't disappear ever, and arrange them on my bed to look like they were sleeping and lastnight was on crazy orgy.

I used to glitch permanent bound armour and enchant them through modio with 1 fire damage, or 1 light, just something funny and reverse pickpocket them onto the Adoring Fan. Getting him to pick up waraxes was harder.

Putting dead bodies in display cases was also a good one.

I stun them
take them back to my house
wrap them in plastic
take a bit of their blood *trophie :3*
stab in heart
cut up the body
throw the body parts in to the sea

Not necessarily a ceremonial death or an elder scrolls moment either, but I figured it was worth mentioning:

In every playthrough of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, I like to place a spatula on my bed so it looks like my characters a bit kinky, the spatula always reminded me of a spanking paddle for some reason...There I said it.

Oh yeah plus I like to fill the bath tub with either pre-war money or dismembered body parts, I even made a death/war shrine out of skulls, body parts and assault rifles once.
