I can 'login' just fine. Seeing as Noctus' suggestion didn't seem to work, try doing this in the exact order:
1.) Logout from the forums itself.
2.) Close browser.
3.) Clear cookies and cache
4.) Retry. Otherwise, try to use another browser and see if the issue can be replicated.

The chat is causing some issues in my case. Yesterday and the days before, I did get some disconnections at times, but not that many. However, since today, I keep getting logged out every 10 seconds, and recently, even ~3 seconds. Any idea why this is happening? Is there some session time cut-off or something?
I've done everything client-side to see if it works, but no avail so far.

Just quick before I sign off: The problem has been fixed for Azer and I'll look into the remaining problems tomorrow. If you're having problems logging into the chat AND you happen to be apart of the Contributor, Modder, Gold Supporter (pretty sure this one isn't affected), Bard usergroups then please give send me a PM or visitor message. The fix is easy but I won't know if you're having the problem unless you tell me. Not everybody in those groups will be affected by the way - so don't panic.
