Hate to make a new thread, but last time we had actually talked about chat it made it sound like she was dead. She is very much alive, with between 3 - 11 people online usually (Might have to wait a bit, timezones and such) but I want to make sure no one else was interested in joining the cult.

I concur. The chat-room is a good place to interact and communicate with one another, in a mostly (a?)social manner. Oh sorry, I meant:

i love how the chat has become rather successful as of late, but there are some people on there who just stay in chat all day long rather than go on the forum.
i'd rather it wasn't advertised just so that things on this end of the web were a little more interesting.

not too far?
it may not entirely be the chats fault but not a month or two ago i saw 5-6 active threads in the bowerstone south section at any given time. today there have probably been a grand total of 5-6 posts (not counting pub games).
and i see an average of 2 new threads a week as opposed to 1 every other day.

i love you guys, and i'll chat with you, but i really think that it's grown big enough. if you're going to use it, then post out here too. if it doesn't improve, if there are 11 people chatting while crickets are chirping here, then i'll probably just stop using the chat altogether. this is exactly what JD was so skeptical about when the chat got started. try not to prove him right, because i don't want that. and i don't think that (in this case) he wants that either.

don't get me wrong, i know you still post. i'm talking about certain other members. i'm only telling you this as you are posing as the spokesperson for it. i'm hoping that some of them see this and take it to heart.

because the only thing more painful for me than seeing this place get quiet is having JD tell everyone here "i told you so". nobody wants that to happen. this may be our one and only chance to prove him wrong on something. :lol:

I found the chat about a month ago from one of juggy's posts, I have barely logged off since then. 0.o

At least it gave me some one to know on the forums. I didn't know anyone but moon before I went on the chat.

The main reason I love the chat is because it gets to meet other members. The forum had ways of doing that, but they weren't as far and wide as the chat, which I think is good.

Well, it can't be my fault, I'm online whenever I can. =D (Well, I was. Now I'm in school, and wow; It EATS time.

It is good to mingle with everybody, especially the staff, it de-robots them.
