Child of fable 2 hero

Can someone explain this to me? It says in see the future that it will be a kid that isnt born yet. Does this mean the kids you actually have in Fable 2 mean nothing? Or will they be imported and you can choose one to play as in Fable 3?

In Fable 3, you play as a child of Sparrow born after Fable 2. The children you actually have in Fable 2 probably won't affect your game on Fable 3 when you import your save file from Fable 2.

Your child that will be born is who you play.

Which doesn't really follow the story for how some of us played. I don't have a child nor is it likely I will lol.

But it's a cute concept nevertheless.

No it's not, but the story is still that it's the child of YOUR previous Hero for those of us who played F2, and it doesn't really fit since some of us didn't have children much less TWO.

That's all I was saying.

I just think it would have made more sense to just start the story fresh rather than a descendant that might not have ever really existed.

You're not going to play as the child you currently have in Fable 2. It's the UNBORN CHILD.

Well obviously the child was born at some point, as you are playing as him\her in the next game and start in the teenage years.

I know it's not the LITERAL child from the previous game. But, the concept is still the HERO from the previous game's child - which for some of us - just doesn't exist.

I really don't see any other way to explain my point. I'm not whining or crying over it, just pointing out some food for thought.

It exists for everyone because it's born in the future, a future you've seen, it's easy to understand you're just making it complicated. Just because you don't have a wife or kid in Fable 2 doesn't mean it shouldn't make since for you to have one in Fable 3. A lot happens in 50 years.

Wow, you really just don't get what I am saying at all. My character doesn't have a child because my character is gay lol. The character in Fable III is allegedly the main character from the previous game's child. There's some disconnect between our interpretations here.

I UNDERSTAND the premise of the new game. I AM SAYING that it just doesn't fit for *some* of us. Food for thought - that's all.

Look, obviously this has just spiraled into a really bizarre (and needless) back and forth over nothing. I understand. Really, I do. No REALLY.. I do.

yea the kids u have in f2mean absolutely nothing to the f3 imported save nor do the mean anything to u in f2 but yea sean is right

As far as importing I was under the impression the only effects were the choices you made in the main storyline (be them good or evil). Correct me if I'm wrong though. Plus in one of my game saves I've got like 100+ STDs or some bs like that, and can't even fathom how. Those kids would die shortly after the start of Fable III from some terrible disease, haha. Looks like the game will end early for me. XD

sry let me restate that if your fable 2 char is evil then your hero in fable 3 will be somewat evil and u have the choice to import it or not
