There should be one, but don't despair, there are always plenty of clothes traders in rookridge, and you can go to a tailor, so what's the big deal?

Maybe he's looking for one of the more expensive dyes, like regal purple or liquid gold. You can only get them from dye traders in places like Bower Lake or Rookridge (but you almost never see them), or from clothing traders in Fairfax Gardens.

And don't worry, Lordazz, it always seems like the game is messing with you by not putting the traders you need up in Fairfax Gardens. Just be patient and you'll find what you seek.

^Yeah that's true, and in my game whole rookridge is flooded with dye traders...just when I want to buy books xD
