CoD4, anyone? ^^

Hey, if anybody wants to play some CoD4 with me, I'm ready!
Today at about 1:30 pm eastern time I'll finish my geology final exam and come right home to basically play all day and night.
I'll be on XBL (Tymolus is obviously my gamertag), so if any of ya wanna play just add me and give me a shout! I'll be playing either Free for all or Headquarters probably.

I still suck! But I've been playing online for 2 or 3 days and I'm BEGINNING to KINDA get the hang out of it...haha ^_^

If only I had my Xbox... :( It took them 9 days just to get it... Oh well. And the more I watch Call of Duty 5 (I know it is Wold at War, but CoD 5 is much shorter) the more I want to play CoD 4 instead. It is the game that is like no other.

Skotekal, let me tell you man, I agree. You know, I didn't expect that with any game I'd have as much fun as I used to with UT. Not because games aren't cooler now, but because the times I had on UT with my buddies and stuff...were you know, some of the best I can imagine...but CoD4 is honestly something of its own league...I mean it's FAR surpassed UT for me, I'm so engrossed with the multiplayer that I'm literally ADDICTED to it. I'm LOVING headquarters right now, rackin up some XP...

I usually trade in games once I'm finished. Fable 2 and CoD4, are here to stay. I'll be playing this for months on end.

HQ was one of my favourites for a little bit. So much XP and kills, it can be amazing. I remember my 20 kill streak in HQ on The Bog. My AK 47 and a Desert Eagle. I was the last one standing while defending the the the HQ just beyond that wall where everyone snipes. I killed their whole team twice, and halfway through the second time I was killing them, I ran out of AK ammo. You know that, "I'm ****ed" feeling. Then 2 guys come around the corner. BAM BAM BAM BAM! Both dead. Throw a grenade another guy dies. Ran to the end of the wall, a guy scared the **** out of me, and my jumpiness made me stab him, then picked up his M4, shot one more guy, and one smart guy stuck his knife between my shoulders. Ahhhhh.... The good times. I haven't done so well in a long time. And just for reference, I don't use the Desert Eagle all that much anymore. My little speed shooting method (NO, for the umpteenth time, it is not a mod) do quite well with a USP .45.

Anywho, what rank are you?

I'm rank 13 right now, 'bout to play nonstop for a few hours again so I'll probably be 18 or so by the end of the day...maybe higher. I mean I'm seriously addicted right now, haha.

Somehow, even with my addiction, I still aced a geology final today...
I think anyway :D

:lol: I was hooked, and I couldn't stop. Now I have about 20 days on it, and my score (overall XP) is about 750000. Yeah, call me a loser. :lol: I don't blame you. Just need to get my Xbox, CoD: WaW fix, then it is off to CoD 4 again.

Maybe by the time you're back on it I'll be able to hold my own..prolly not though! haha!

:P I'll be pretty bad by the time I play again. No gaming in 2-3 weeks can severely reduce skill.

A totally proven fact. And maybe we could be on the same team... Or maybe not... :shifty:

I'm probably going to leave the forums soon because I'm tired of the haters, but I sent you a friend request so you should have it when you get your system back ^_^

I'm obnoxious too a lot of the time, only if people rub me the wrong way...
'Cause since I'm new it's no secret that I'm not very good right...well I hate it when I'll be playing HQ and some little teenage jackass yells "MY TEAMMATES ARE STUPID, $%$%$ WTF @%@%@"

I usually yell **** off and lighten up, then play this little toy monkey that goes "OO OO OO AA AA AA AA AA!!! EEEEEYYYYAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!" in the mic and everybody flips...then I leave and find a game with older cooler players ^_^

I get obnoxious in the way that I keeep calm through out msot of the game but when I am on a killing spree I tend to start yelling things like: "Oh you got pwned!!!" or "I killed you with a pistol a PIS-TOL!!"

Hey if you or anyone else has some tips to help a newbie out, that'd be great. In another thread someone gave me a few tips that have helped...I've gotten to the point where I'm still dying way more than I kill, but I do usually get several kills...sometimes double digit kills which for me is significant progress lol

But I still haven't gotten any airstrikes...sad huh? Lvl 22 or 23 now and no airstrikes...
