Connection Problem

Occasionally, when I click a link for something it takes ages to load, and when it finally does all I get is an 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage,' and it's a good twenty minutes before Internet Explorer takes pity on me and lets me back in here. Help please!

I can't, the screen freezes until it comes up with 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.'

Small bump, but when I had this problem with websites, OpenDNS fixed it. Use the Basic (free) package.
