agreed gt did kind of suck compared to dbz but it was something to watch and the "growing up" at ssj4 was kind of weird but in ways made sense i wish they would have released dbaf it might have been just a rumor but it had the potential to be awesome

Some of the ideas used in the ideas for the imagined AF were interesting and some of the concepts people thought up were not bad. However some of the ideas, power levels, forms and such were laughable. I mean some of the looks of the characters in the concept designs people had made and the idea of god like forms would have just ruined everything. I mean one minute SSJ4 is classed as the best form then suddenly people started talked about SSJ5/6/7 concepts. Would have totally ruined everything by outclassing the SSJ4 form so soon afterwards and took a lot of credibility from the series. AF after all was nothing more than fan ideas and fan speculation.

The Fusion Reborn movie with Janemba, though i hated the fat form he was good in his full form. Pikkon is a good character too and fit into the movie well.

Re: DBZ

lol when did it say ssj4 was the ultimate form? i saw the episode when he first turned ssj4 but i dont remember them ever saying it was the ultimate or god like or anything like that and also if you remember correctly super saiyan one was also the "ultimate form" it was said a few times by vegeta and they still went higher than that yeah ssj4 had a lot of work to obtain it but so did all the other levels of super saiyan i think it should have cut off at ssj6. ssj7 would just be too powerful and almost impossible to obtain on a side not does anyone remember when vegeta first got ssj1 i thought that was cool not when he first showed the others but when he was training and reached it through frustration and anger.

Thats exactly what im trying to say though. Super Saiyan was originally classed as the best and untouchable and was a legendary form that most Saiyan warriors only knew as myth. Then it was quickly tossed aside as inferior as new levels of power were obtained. Fair enough that was fine and i enjoyed seeing the new levels of power. Then originally SSJ3 was meant to be the ultimate form (Akira Toriyama planned it to be the last form). Even Vegeta couldnt obtain this form and he was the Prince Of Saiyans, guess with Goku surpassing him it could be believed too. Then SSJ4 comes along and Goku reaches it by natural means and Vegeta is again made to look a joke and has to use Artificial means, hes the Prince Of Saiyans and again a step behind and needs help. To take this any further would make the forms before just seem pointless and make the legend of the Super Saiyan look like a joke. Just seemed the forms were getting easier to achieve each time and were less 'epic' and memorable each time.
