^Not necesarily true, L Lawliet was the better detective, Mello and Near each equaled about half of his intellect, its just that Raito Yagami was busy being Kira + New L + Top Secret planner for the other Kira, on top of being a bf to Misa (full time job lol) and according to the manga (and lessly hinted at in the anime) he had phsychological and emtional fatigue because he went through the stress and horror of his victims. So if it werent for that whiny Misa, he might have won.

Because it's a shonen which is pretty much the same as one piece (good guy who sucks but doesnt actualy suck turning out to be amazing sorta thing)

i think he might have won if he hadnt been so selfish and taken the eye deal a long time ago, rather than use people. light had the right idea but i think the deathnote drove him mad. at the end you really see what it did to him. i still wish near had died. i dont like him. L was so much cooler. L > Mello > Near. i liked that third whiny shinigami that got his deathnote stolen. i was ha ha looser. and hes like "hey.... give it back.... its mine..." lol.

L is was THE best thing about that anime, i loved the conflict between L and Light it was so awesome, but once L died i found the anime boring and pointless i havnt even watched all of it yet i skipped afew episodes because they were dull and VERY boring =/

no, that would give up half of his pre-determined life span, 6 years was not nessisarily his pre determined life span. he just happened to get killed in 6 years by ryuk wrighting his name in his deathnote, thats not pre determined.

his life span was predetermined...and it ended when he got shot. thats why ryuk was allowed to write his name, his life span was up.

if ryuk had written Lights name before his lifespan expired then wouldn't he have died just like rem? cause killing Light before his time should have killed ryuk if i'm not mistaken...

^A shingami only dies if it writes a name to protect someone it loves, Ryuk didnt love Light, so he just got his remaining life for himself... Either way Light pwned, also that 3rd shinigame (did anyone else think of corn on the cob when they saw him?) was hilarious XD! however, The two things I hated about Deathnote, after L died it got very boring until the last episode imo, And Lights laugh in the last episode was just too funny to be deathnotish http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRtaRbj7FWI (wtf at 10 seconds in) The American voice actors really caught the characters more imo, but that laugh shot the English dub all the way to hell.

no, sinigami only die if they save the life of a human using the deathnote. killing someone befor their pre determined death adds the rest of their life span to shinigami, but not a human using the deathnote. and although eveyone has a pre determined life span, they could still be killed befor then.

also, yes i thought that 3rd shinigami looked like corn, with a weird bug mouth. he was hilarious, winy looser. his voice in english dub makes him sound like the nerd in school that gets picked on all the time. ( it also took him some years to figure out that ryuk stoll his notebook, ha ha loser.)

whats with the way mello eats chocolate? its he pressing for drama, or trying to kill it or something?

Bleach has gotten boring, hell it was always boring =/ i just keep reading to see when and how azien sama dies -.-

Agreed, what with arancar ect its just gotten boring and full fail =/ like i said as soon as azein gets killed (wont be by ichigo because lets face it, ichigo really sucks ass.) im gonna stop reading the manga.

I grew strangely attached to Mikami Teru, pity he went crazy and died.

As for Bleach, I agree with Tsuyu that it was awesome until they saved Rukia. I would like to see what Kenpachi Zaraki is capable of though.

Is he the old guy? coz i forget but yeah if it is he fights this like bull thingy and like absolutly owns it i wish ichigo had attempted to fight him god it would have gone from bankai to owned in 0.3 seconds.

P.S. did anyone else think Rukia was like Uber hot! what no? only me? damn oh well *goes and jacks off in the corner*

I'm not a big boob kinda guy, gimme the depressed easily tricked into sex anytime, so much easier then the bright and happy ones, i mean the phrase "I can make everything better, just come with me" *evil grin* doesn't work on some-one whos all happy!! aaaand flat chests are awesome!
