I think I figured it all out.

The items that you win online on the new Fable 2 site are what you "dig up"

i have a theory, there was this post just yesterday called "a wierd fable site" or something like that but whatever the link in it brings you to this fable 2 site (obviously) an its got some wiered puppet thing kinda like a role playing movie..of puppets an you play through a heros life an make choices which determine what you look like an all that jazz, but if you finish the story/play/pantomim then you get some present that is stored on your xbox live account till you buy the game i did all good choices and got an exclusive tattoo and a hero doll, but that was one of five you can get. the reason im posting this on this artical is hat a the end of each story (i played hrough it multiple time) the hero always buiried some treasure so i rrecon this could be the ancestors treasure they are talking about. the end

Also. The Blockbuster in my area was retarded so I got to start playing the game early, i've been playing for about 2 or 3 days now. The Dye is for dying your clothes and hair if you didn't know and the book gives you an expression. No clue if it's unique.

I don't see any other way..
at the end of each of the endings the hero's most valuable belongings are put in a chest and hidden in a cave/tomb..

I bought Fable 1, on xbox live marketplace. I found out theres a feature added on to it. It has something to do with Fable 2, i'm not gonna spoil it, Buy the game ureself and see.

I bought the game a long time ago, but deleted it - and Im not gonna download it again just to see this new added feature, so could you send me a PM and tell me what it is? I doubt it's worth downloading the game again though
