DLC xLive removal

With the GFWL closing down accessing DLC might become problematic.
This mod removes the GFWL checks on the DLC.

The easiest way to use this, is to use TimeSlip's GFWL remover with the option for multiple folders.

where is it supposed to go? base, Data? do we drag the content folder or just the files?
