Does anybody know where i should give money to improve westcliff?

Hello i am a new member here and i would like to know where i should give the money to improve westcliff and which is the mission that you can save temple of light?

You mean from the camp to a city? You have to give the bard ,who follows you everywhere, like 3000 gold. (don't know exactly anymore and I think the guy is called barnum)

When you come back from the spire and you gave him the money, westcliff will be a city.

To save the temple of light you must complete the crucible quest first. After it's completed you can travel to the temple of light where the abbot will give you the quest.

It's the same with westcliff development, after you've completed the crucible you can follow a path on the right up to some construction "things" where you'll find barnum, he will ask for 5000 gold, give him the goal and venture to the spire.

If you don't do the quests Westcliff will be the same when you come back and the temple of light will be destroyed.

I gave 100 million to a homeless guy and I got an automatic HALO. I was basically on the verge of becoming a demon before I gave him the money.

Ok the quest where you have to save the temple of light is found in oakfield. The abbot will talk to you and then you go into the wellspring cave(which strangly has a cave of the same name in rookridge).Turn to the left or the first room which you did in the hero of strength quest. You will find a shadow worshipper trying to corrupt the wellspring water. Two higherwaymen will drop down from somewhere but its easier to shoot the worshipper as he dies in one hit then kill the higherwaymen. Its a matter of wash rinse repeat with the other one. You will then arrive in the final room. There is corneluis grimm. At this point loads of higherwaymen will spawn and you have to kill them. After a while corneluis grimm will summon some shadows, ranging from hobbe shadows to balverine shadows. Kill them and Cornelius will turn into an avatar(or psychical incarnation) of shadow. Keep attacking him until he dies and then the abbot will appear(If not then head to the temple of light) and he will give you a trophy, the temple of light seal. Now the quest is finished.
