I would use it more but dont often have the time to sit on it for the amount of time it takes some people to come on.

No. I don`t believe people do use it, unless they just avoid it when I`m using it.... that`s probably what it is.

There are times when I use it, but then there's nobody else, even if I wait. So now, since in my experience no one goes there, I don't visit either.

I think that there are a few people using it from time to time, but those people are so few in numbers and so rarely go there that they miss each other, and as a result they visit even less.
