i made my guy tall and would like to make him normal size agein is there a way to do this? oh and i made my guy rlly fat than killed alote with hammer he only seems a little bit more buff do i hve to eat more than kill stuff agein?

Using firearms increases your "Stature". In other words, it makes you tall. It's supposed to be representative of how awesome you are. Instead, it turns you into an Amazon. lol. Sorry, it's not reversible.

As for getting fat, *that* you can undo. There are a bunch of foods that decrease weight, including carrots, tofu, and fruit juice. For a full listing of these (and all foods in Fable3) follow this link:
