I dont have a pic but you should be able to find it in any clothing store in bowerstone. there is like 3 total so your bound to find it somewhere.

look for ya self, all the commoner women in bowerstone market wear it as a coat. you can buy it at the female tailor shop

The Double-Belted Jacket is what Belle the Archaelogist is wearing. You can get it at the Women Tailor's in Bowerstone Market and sometimes from traders like in Fairfax.
It looks good in black. The jacket you really want you need Pub Games and win the High Roller Coat, which I believe is the Explorer coat we didn't get in-game.
