With it not coming out for quite a while still on Xbox 360 its highly likely that it will be Vista only i agree.

iim getting a new pc with vista so i could have it on 360 and pc. anyway the ign demo is avialble on marketplace on xbox live. im just donwloading it now

Well with the ideas of them having some updates over Xbox Live for the 360 its highly likely that if a PC version was made it would come with all the updates already so i guess it would kind of be like the Fable and Fable TLC differences.
