Finally, a new IP to look forward to and thanks to a confirmation from Ubisoft the wait won't be for the oft-rumored next generation consoles. The video above is running on a high-end PC. No release date yet, but expect the game to drop on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. I'll let the video speak for itself.

Damn, that looks like an awesome game. I hadn't even heard about it until now. So is it a stealth/shooter kind of game? And what's the overall premise of the game, like the story?

u no like dishonored?

also:

Watch Dogs concluded Ubisoft's press conference in a way that every game should: it was new, it was innovative, and it was filled with mystery. Like those cube head guys with QR codes flashing. After a little finessing, we were able to scan the QR code, bringing us to the Dot Connexion. The recently deceased DeMarco asked us to join him, so we have. Check it out, and let us know what you think below. Is this just a little bonus or part of a bigger ARG to take part in?

It's a completely new IP, the revealed it last night at E3. Basically all that we know, was in that trailer.

Looks to be a combination of both and maybe then some, but other than the story (whatever that may be) revolving around the main guy Aiden Pearce being a master hacker, nothing else is known.
GTA IV meets Assassin's Creed...?
Assassin's Creed? Hmm, I was getting more of a Samaritan and Dues Ex:HR feel.

It's interesting, but not something I'm at all excited for. Watch Dogs, Beyond, and the new Tomb Raider were about the only things to grab my attention at E3 so far.

I've was thinking it was like Assassin's Creed because it looks like virtual reality or something with the way he can interact with he world.

Plus, y'know. The actual assassinations.

Yeah, I see what you mean now.
oh yeah right, that did look good didn't it...
Yes, yes it did. More so than any of its predecessors.
