Economy Help

I have been doing up all the towns(that are possible)and these are the ratings
Bloodstone:3star
Bowerstone Market:5star
Bowerstone Old Town:4star(had it up to 5 star but it keeps dropping)
Oakfield:4star
Brightwood:4star
Wraithmarsh:1star(Not sure if you can make this any higher)
Rookridge:3star
Westcliff:3star
Bowerstone Lake:3star
I have done up all Places with 5 star furnishings I know buying stuff puts the rating up but when I do that it goes back down(sometimes).
Please if you have any ideas post them and help me out.

(I also don't have Knothole DLC:'( so I cannot get study desks)
PS:What is your economy ratings in these places?

Well just keep buying and selling in each place and it will improve the economy. But to get Bloodstone to 3 stars is great. Buy all the houses and put cheap rent. Not sure why it goes down if you put 5 star furniture in the houses. But yeah, just keep trading and put low rent.

dont kill people buy everything from town, dont sell items in town ect

Own all the shops, and set the prices of the goods to minus whatever percent.

Thanks this has helped but when I buy stuff from eg Bowerstone OT it'll go upto 5star then back down when I have done nothing wrong like killing,stealing or breaking the law in that place.or is it because I don't go there often (I go there to buy some goods like food and potions)
