I thought it would be Skyrim, and I'm so happy it is - they trademarked the name a year or two ago, since then I've been getting into the Nord race, and it's probably my favourite now.

EDIT EDIT: What do you think they could be referring to? I doubt it would be dragons, as they're praised in the elder scrolls. And they've said it's something that's been defeated before, so I'm reckoning either something from Daggerfall, but that wouldn't co-incide with the Warp in the West well, so I'm thinking it's probably Akaviri.

Thoughts?

EDIT EDIT EDIT: You can check out the giant wall here. Guess it will be dragons, althought I still don't see why they're hostile, seeing as they were vital to the empire in fighting the Akaviri. Eh, guess Bethesda will explain all.
 
Cant wait, was hoping they would announce this soon and i checked the updates on my phone when i woke up and was happy to see this was one of them.

I remember that the dragons were originally the inhabitants of Akavir. The other guys that I can't spell are the ones that invaded Cyrodiil. I think you helped me work it out:

The dragons were inhabitants of Akavir, but got pwned by these weird serpent people.

The dragons then went to Cyrodiil and helped them defeat the weird serpent people from Akavir.

The Empire was then united under Reman Cyrodiil.

However, after the Oblivion crisis, the Empire disbanded (because of Martin's death)

This is mentioned in the video -

Their defeat was merely delay
Til the time after Oblivion opened

So therefore Skyrim had no connection to the Empire (or Cyrodiil) therefore, the dragons wouldn't be beefing with the wrong guys, yo.

It's definitely got something to do with the Akaviri. As seen here, the loading screen is a picture of the Akavir banner.

I am so excited! The Elder Scrolls is my favorite RPG franchise of all time!

Actually if you had read the Infernal City, an official Elder Scrolls book, you would know that the empire slowly crumbles for another 40 years before Titus Mede takes over and starts the 4th empire. However considering the words 'Dragonborn' are said at the end of the trailer, the Septims might be making a return. I'm guessing you are a distant descendant of Talos/Tiber Septim, seeing as he came from Skyrim.
