EU Xbox360 price drop

The core concole is now only £130 with premium(60gig so the capisity is also larger) £170 and elite is now £220. Hopefully this is followed by a price drop in PS3s and Wiis. The 360 is now the cheepest concole- good news for all gamers.

Sony said they wouldnt reduce the PS3 price this year not too long back. Id expect them to just do some bundle deals before christmas. The Wii will probably get a slight price drop near to christmas though.

This is the main reson the ps3 dont sell as wellas the 360 so a price drop may be on the cards within the next year.

I doubt the Wii will drop in price. They sell everyone they make. If I were them I'd make a Deluxe model for even more $$

This is the main reson the ps3 dont sell as wellas the 360 so a price drop may be on the cards within the next year.

They cant afford to lose any more cash per console sale at the moment and sales have picked up decently for it.

I think that they realize that the people who will but the PS3 would buy it whether or not it was any less. It's going to be another interesting holiday season in the console wars. I see people getting the Xbox as a Wii replacement by the millions.

Good to hear that the Xbox 360 Elite price tag has been knocked down to £220! I might actually have to go ahead and treat myself to one now! A nice Xbox 360 Elite would also match my new living room, too... ^_^
