I saw that, and I immediately stood up and shouted BS. One - that yankee rugby player looked rubbish, two - it's about the type of tackle; the rugby player did a spear tackle (where you drive the opponent into the ground, rather than just grunting huuurgh and hitting them with your best shot) which is entirely different.

They don't in regular season games. In the finals they go into extra time, and in the grand final, they simply play the game again the next Saturday so that the AFL can make all it's grand final money again.

Hey, it's a good game! If you sat down and watched a few games, you'd agree with me.

Plus, it's not often you get two Grand Final's in a year, and considering how awesome the first one was to watch, I'd not be surprised to see more than last week (100,016 attendance).

And no, my team isn't in the final. We finished 8th out of sixteen, and didn't make it past the first finals round, but we're on the rise. Next year will be much better.

you know, we had mcnabb on the eagles. know why we got rid of him? despite being extremely capable... probably the best quarterback in the league when he's doing everything right, he rarely does. he consistently calls the wrong plays, makes bad throws, etc. bottom line: he's inconsistent. that's why the eagles decided that having dog fighting michael vick would get them closer to a superbowl title than mcnabb.

Thats why our team got rid of our best goal kicker. He was sometimes brilliant, sometimes ****ty. The only thing he was consistent in was getting smashed and making a dickhead of himself in public.

Clearly, you haven't spent the last two or three years watching Jason Campbell. At least McNabb can throw a pass to save his life. When all your team can do is run (and your primary guy for that is Clinton Portis) you're kinda ****ed.

I liked Campbell, but McNabb is a relief compared to that.
