Re: Exp Farming?

Sword of Aeons

fable-sword-of-aeons-01.gif
Damage: 550
Type: Longsword
Augmentations: Experience, Health, Mana and Sharpening
Class: Light
Worth: 126,250 Gold

Location: The Sword of Aeons can only be earned by making an evil choice in the Chamber of Fate after defeating Jack of Blades.

Fable 2 - Fable Legendary Weapons
and it says 550 in the ORIGINAL fable game so i assume
it did that much when i killed anything in one hit!

you only get skill experience from using your bow... it makes no sense but that's the way it is...
you must have been noticing your money going down or something
if u buy somthing from a shop for cheap and sell it for more money u can get a little bit of skill points

Re: Exp Farming?

You gain skill experience from buying and selling, and making a profit. Increased guile levels get you better prices, thus you gain more skill experience points per transaction. If you bought and sold 200 diamonds 70 times, you would gain a whole lot of skill experience once you closed the trade window. Also, your combat multiplier affects the amount of points you get from trading. For example, if you had a combat multiplier of 10, and sold 200 diamonds 70 times, you would gain 10 times the amount of skill experience than in the previous example. In one game I played, I gained 1.375 million skill exp in trading in trading in the darkwood with a combat multiplier of 12.

Re: Exp Farming?

If you guys are talking about original fable, the best way to train physical is with the sword of Aeons* (solus greatsword** if you dont have it yet), if your talking TLC use either the solus greatsword with XP augmentation, or the bereaver*** (weaker then the solus greatsword, but with loads more augmentation slots) stocked up with XP augmentations.
The two best places to farm are cliffside path near bargate prison, and outside greyhouse... greyhouse is easyer to get at but there are infinate undead at the cliffside path.
Depending on what your training youl need somthing different.
Training physical? Bring red meat (or ages of might potion)
Training Skill? Bring Carrots (or ages of Skill potion)
Training Will? Use lightening**** on the smaller undead untill more respawn (or are summoned by undead lords)
Rapidly use Summon (or if you dont mind being fat, or are low on manna potions, fish and ages of Will potion)
Do not use Ages of ----- potions, food or summon unless your combat multiplyer is like, above 28.

*Sword of Aeons is acheaved by killing Jack of Blades, and your sister... it has 500 odd damage on orignal game, and 230 on TLC

**Solus Greatsword can be bought in bowerstone north, or given to you by Lady grey as a gift if you marry her. it is the strongest weapon in TLC and second strongest in the first.
***The Bereaver is acheaved only in TLC by giving all your silver keys to the demon door in nechropolis (HIGHLY RECOMENDED THAT YOU HAVE OPENED ALL KEY CHESTS FIRST)
****You can speed up your damage and combat multiplyer with lightening by rapidly changing targets wilst casting (not sure if it alters how fast will is drained)

Re: Exp Farming?

Try going to Lichfield graveyard and use Enflame (rank 4 should be enough) to kill down the zombie's approching you. Find a spot where lots of them respawn. Use enflame over and over again and eventually you will get about 70-200 combat multiplayer and thats when you are going to eat fish, meat and carrots (loads, like 500 of each, try having physical dhield on while eating). I got a combat multiplayer of 231 when i did that, but the screenshot is on my other computer and im too lazy to plug it in...

Re: Exp Farming?

Re: Exp Farming?

i use avo's tear.i killed theresa once and got sad.

i made an "evil" guy once.couldn't do it.being holy is alot more fun to me.if your holy, chicks like you, plus, holy=blonde wich lady's like.evil=bald, wich no one likes.

Re: Exp Farming?

Actually you do, if you buy low, and then sell high. You do get some skill exp, the more profit the more exp. Try doing it on the wondering merchants in Withwood lake where the rock troll spawns with a high combat multiplier. If you've just completed the Trader quest my advice is to stock up on produce in Oakvale, then kill the earth troll that spawns in greatwood lake. Then while you still have a multiplier trade with one of the merchants that should be in the area.

Re: Exp Farming?

i use the pc,so i dunno what this will be like for you guys...mkay,on the "exp" part, when you're after jack'o blades.you'll notice that the monsters never stop coming, use this to your advantage, now,if ur evil and dun wanna get good from the good boy bonus of the monsters, gaurds and guild dudes show up,so you can kill them for sum evil.

Re: Exp Farming?
