EXPLORER COAT???

Whats with this explorer coat, I have gone to every trader shop and i still haven't found this stupid explorer coat....
I mean, I only know of its existence cos of this chick saying she likes the apperance EXPLORER COAT......
I dont know what its about but i own 1 or ore of every other clothing item that i know of. and every non-legendary weapon + every legendary weapon exept for the malestrom.....
but i wanted to know WHERE THE HELL this coat is, how much it costs and how can i obtain it.
If you know anything please help!!!!

you get it from the XBL arcade pub games its called the high rollers coat, it used to be called the explorers coat but they changed it
