Fable 2’s cult following?

Dose Fable 2 have some sort of… cult following to it that I am not aware of?

I decided to play through F2 for the 4th time cus I got super bored and I find that there is still an abundance of people playing. Lots of ‘orbs’ in bower stone market, though, that was almost to be expected 4-5 people? But no, there is like 10-13 people hanging around asking/giving money or trading items for M$ points.

Even more weird I find there are people in the spire, (when you rescue Garth and when you confront Lucien even) and all DLC areas.

Now I don’t know cus Fable 3 is much larger and there for its harder to spot people but I hardly see any one in F3...

I'm always surprised to see so many orbs floating around too. There is something about F2 that is kind of addicting though. Out of all three games F2 is the one I always come back to. Maybe it's just the ease of gameplay. It makes it more of a casual gameplay experience. Probably why so many people are always coming back to play.
