haha i'd sooner buy that tom cruise plays jedi knight II jedi outcast (real rumor) than believe this. even if the funding for the game got cut, they would have little trouble finding funding for a game as popular as fable.

They would sooner Cancel the 360 OK maybe not but it would be like canceling a foundational piece of the 2008 line up. Honestly now is there anything bigger coming in 2008. Anything even close?

As stated already, it's been confirmed that the 1st Party title to be canceled, was the Marvel game. As Lionhead had confirmed that it wasn't there's (when asked).
So, yeah... No need to worry about Fable 2 going anywhere.
