Well I happen to love cheat codes - I use them whenever I can for parts of a game that I simply cannot do. For me, there is something unbearably frustrating about spending so much on a game (both financially and in terms of playing time) and not even being able to complete it because it is just too hard for me.

I love the codes that came with GTA III - my favourites were the unlimited arsenal of weapons code and the one that let you reduce your wanted level. I had the FBI after me when I shot down two helicopters and just before they reached me, I punched in the code and they wandered off aimlessly.

And besides, why moan about cheat codes? If you don't want to use them, then don't - it's hardly ruining your game if you don't use them, is it? I just think it's nice to have the option.

You might want to elaborate on what you meant there, droded. That sounded an awful lot like a snide remark and I'm hoping that isn't the case. I can tell you now that insulting a member of staff results in a permanent infraction or judging by those starred-out curse words - an immediate ban.

I don't think he intended it that way but he should apologies none the less.

Since I use a trainer, that's kind of like Cheat codes. I don't mind really. I'd only use them after I beat the game..20 times though.

and yeah..droded should apologize. I can't even figure out where that remark came from..

I actually just noticed you said that. that's a good idea too. Like find secret Fable type things and then (Buy) the codes off of a big list.

Hmmm interesting thought, gives you something to aim for i guess and not outright cheats from start. Im still against them in Fable 2 but wouldnt mind more games with system like that.

I was trying to find a picture on google of how it works. I don't even have all the cheats available for those games either. the "Easter eggs" are REALLY hard to find. Secrets..in secret places. :lol: they have a Hero mode which is like a harder version of the game. Which I want to play. I think that would be a nifty addition to the fable games.

some cheat codes could help morality, experiance or health for those of us who are lazy as skorm.
.....+ i like game with godmode, not because its easy, but its fun being immortal.
