There are certain rules that are not strictly enforced. Just like in real life.

Also how does it waste time of others, ("Oh he wrote y instead of why, i am going to rant and see where this takes me >_>") that makes perfect sense im wasting peoples time because i don't spell/type the way people want me to (most likely you) i personally don't see why you are making a big deal on what i do/say in a form. It might be hard for some people to read more then 1 line but if it does not make sense to them, they should just read the thing over again. So what im getting at is if your trying to make me change the way i spell or put in proper sentences, good luck because you will need it and also get over just because 1 person writes differently (actually i have seen much slang in these forms) does not mean you have to talk about how they need to change and all that also calling me a idiot is not the smartest thing a man/women can do. i never called you names so Y would you insult me, you need to mature my friend and hopefully you will realize tge errors of your way...wow did that sound nerdy or is it just me:wacko:

In case you didn't realize, you are on a forum where the only way to communicate is through writing. If your writing is poor, then your thoughts are poorly conveyed and you make it much more likely that people will not understand what you are trying to say. Seeing as how the point of a forum is to convey your ideas so that they can be easily understood, you can probably guess that having semi-decent writing is actually important.

That, and the fact that it is just plain rude and lazy to type otherwise. On a forum with better moderation, posts like yours would simply be deleted because they serve no purpose other then to annoy members who don't enjoy reading something several times just to get past the horrible spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

If your writing is poor, then your thoughts are poorly conveyed and you make it much more likely that people will not understand what you are trying to say. Seeing as how the point of a forum is to convey your ideas so that they can be easily understood, you can probably guess that having semi-decent writing is actually important.

I never called you a idiot- you have misread my post. I said I agree with you about the fact that the opening poster is a idiot. You claim the 'y' instead of why arguement saves me/you time- nope it is exsactly the same but majority of the time you have to re-read each sentance as they dont make sence in context to the sentance before as there is no full stop to diferenciate each point (by the way your two points contradict each other).

Are you trying to make a point or just go around in circles? I have made my poins clearly and to the point, you still have not made a valid counter arugement about why Msn/Text talk should be used. Slang is fine when it is used in moderation.

Funny how when people lose an arguement they allways try using the I did'nt care/sarcasm card. The I dont care card dont work cause you made a thread on god/bad grammer. The sarcasm card makes you seem bitter.

well the argument would have never had started if you had commented on my post, also this is the wrong place to do this on this thread, i was merly stateing to the person who wrote the review on what he thought about the game and you started this whole argument about how i don't spell correctly and all that non-sense, and when i try to end it you bring this conversation back up again and we get no where with it.

(The i don't care card does work because i wanted to see every bodies opinion on this subject, i was just stating in the thread and i quote "as long as you can read it and understand it i don't see whats wrong with it" i think that is what i put. Secondly, sarcasm is a great thing to use, if you have witeness then it is awsome. finally, where can i get some of these cards, they seem quite useful? i don't evan remember playing cards LOL
