trader massicre quest or the rescue quest were u rescue three hostages

You get treasure clue three from assassin attacks the last assassin gives it to you. ones in hook coast, ones in prison path, ones in windmill hill, ones in knothole glade, and ones in witchwood cullis gate.

you could lvl it like a skill ability like guile the more you lvl it up the better you get a playing it and get more renown:)
