On your receipt you should have 2 codes. One for the villager code, the next for your special items. For the villager code log in to lionhead website and redeem your code on the village maker. For the special items go to Market Place then redeem code. You should also have a redeemable code in your actual game case as well.

I also had a question about some dlc I had installed into my Xbox. I had put the code for my Red Setter skin for my canine companion, along with the highlander tattoo, the potions, and the Male/Female Hero Outfits but the thing that bothers me is that the Red Setter skin for my canine companion, along with two sets of clothing (Highlander Outfit), and the potions are available in my Sanctuary shop but for some reason, all of them cost MSPs. From my understanding, they were supposed to be free upon entering the code. Did I misunderstand the whole dlc thing and am required to buy them to obtain them or is this some sort of bug?

Hey all, I've got a question about the Villager Maker. My girlfriend and I both play on the same console, and we'll be using the same copy of the game. We made our villager today and added him to the game (though we don't have our copy yet).

My question is, since it's linked to my gamertag, will she be able see the villager in her game if she uses her gamertag? We made him male because there were no half-decent looking NPCs in Fable II for her to marry and she wanted Fable III to be different. No point in that now though if she can't access him from her gamertag!

Thanks in advance.

if it gets transfered to your hard drive when you entered the code it. then it should work for her gamertag.
but if it is just linked to you gamertag online, then i doubt she can see the villager.

I guess I'm still not sure whether it'll work for both of us. One of us had to enter our gamertag in order to add the villager to the game, and we used mine. By that logic only I could see it. But if the villager is accessible to anyone using the same hard drive, as you suggested, then she would be able to see it. Not sure which is going to be the case. I suppose I could just wait and find out!

Either way, thanks for the input.

I have a question too about this DLC. My girlfriend and I share a 360 and we recently got the LCE of Fable 3. Will the Redemption code for the weapons and such be usable by both our heroes or is it a one time use code? Cause she wants the Wolfsbane for her character and I want the Inquisitor for mine.

Thanks.

@ Mattra

The codes for those weapons will work on all profiles on that console. However, if you get DLC from the marketplace, black dye pack and such, it will tie it to that gamertag that purchased it. So you and your girlfriend will receive those weapons when they unlock in the story line.

Except with the dlc from Market place the in game items specificly say in the usage restrictions that the dye and suits are usable across all profiles on the console the dlc was downloaded too. Obviously though you are correct the dlc only works with the profile that bought it but that is against the law and everyone who bought the dye pack and the clothes dlc should contact xbox live cuts service and demand their money(ms points) back! Because the usage restriction says it can be used across all profiles and it doesn't in reality.
I was annoyed when I bought the dye and I couldn't use it on another profile I called xbox live straight away and after a 45min phone call the guy admitted that I am entitled to credit back but I have to wait 5 days for a superior team to look at it and find out from Lionhead what's going on. It was yesterday that I called them so I'm expecting a call or email around Wednesday.
I'll let you guys know what the result is, my advise buy the dlc while it says in the usage restrictions that it can be used on all profiles on that console it was downloaded to, and when it doesn't work on all profiles call xbox live and demand your money(points) back.
Anyone who has bought dlc that includes:
Highlander gear(clothes & tattoos)
Dye pack (this dlc in itself is hardly legal)
Ind armour
Dog outfit
Dog breed

If u have bought any of these dlcs call Microsoft Live immediately and tell them you have been mis-sold because you can't use them on all profiles and they specifically say in the usage restrictions that you can.

I don't know how many times I can say it
They are breaking the law dont let them get away with it, demand your rights.
