You're already able to pre-order it, I've pre-ordered my version 1 week ago. It costs €80/$80 or I think it was £70-£75 . Hope this helped you out, I would say check Amazone or such shops. And like unholy already said, the release date is about 29th October, but you can only get the limited edition by pre-ordering it.

i do know the limited edition comes with a coin (one side good one side evil) for when you feel like leaving someones fate to chance. (thank you gamestop special edition preview ^_^)
