I still haven't opened all the demon doors and I have a couple gold doors left, so if I get some more, I'll update this post.

On a side note about upgrades:
If you just trade the weapon, the upgrades go away. It seems though, if you dupe them, it somehow works. Unless they fixed that. I duped weapons a while back and my Mallett's Mallett kept both the upgrades (only had 2 then) but when I traded it to another one of my characters, it had none. Guess it's a toss-up.
