Fable Explorer (i need some help)

Hello!, a few weeks ago, i installed the Fable Explorer to modify my Fable, but when i open the Fable Explorer the app don't respond and i get a pop-up window which says ¨can't be found C:/.... graphics.big¨ and i can't use the program why it's frozen.

any solution?
any advice is appreciated.
