Black and red corset, black and red barbarian skirt, black HRC, eyepatch, black bandit gloves, black thigh-high boots, black and red merchant's cap.

Re: Fable II clothing?

i don't have fable II but i will soon but maybe not plate but what about chainmail that would work since it's light weight and protects against swords but it would just be new clothing no stats. and it would portect you more than leather or whatever and it has more chance to protect you from bulletshots this wouldn't even be here if they hadn't put guns why couldn't they just add one gun that was a legendary one that is nearly impossible to find then get.

Re: Fable II clothing?

My clothes that I am currently wearing in fable 2 are:
High Rollers Coat - A five star blue dye(I forget the name of it)
Explorer Shirt - A five star blue dye(I forget the name of it)
Explorer Trousers - A five star blue dye(I forget the name of it)
Explorer Boots - Moonless Midnight dye
Pauper Gloves - Moonless Midnight dye
Adventurer's hair - Moonless Midnight dye
Poet beard mustache combo - Moonless Midnight dye

Re: Fable II clothing?

Another thing about the whole Armour issue is that on fable 2 you have the ability to swim and it would be pretty difficult to swim while wearing full body armour

True. But Lionhead probably never thought that would be an issue.

Re: Fable II clothing?

You can get like the bandit gloves, and boots from KHI.
Same with the Tart gloves and boots.

Re: Fable II clothing?

Bought it from a clothing shop in the market.

Re: Fable II clothing?

Some clothes are annoying to find >_>

like i haven't been able to find the rest of the highway men clothes, i've only found the bandana and the pants, thats about it.
I need a good clothes combo any ideas?

Re: Fable II clothing?

Personally I reckon that the clothes only suck I you either suck at customizing, or you don't put enough effort into using dyes, mixing clothes, being unique etc etc.

Highwaymen clothes are sold at either Bloodstone or Westcliff.
Maybe you need to invest 5k to Westcliff (before ditching off to the Spire) before you can buy the clothes from there. If you can't find any there I know a Highwayman's coat is at the Bandit's Infamous Barrier that Hammer smashes to pieces.

Re: Fable II clothing?

You can also find the Highwayman's Coat in the Crucible. The trader in the first room sells it.

But yeah, Fable II's clothes. I kind of like them, actually. Clever use of the dyes and playing dress-up can yield some nice results. My female character, for instance, wears a Highwayman's Coat, a Tart Blouse, a Tart Skirt, Pauper's Gloves, and Explorer's boots. They're all dyes using shades of black, red, and white and came out looking rather nice.

It's all about experimenting, y'see.

Its called a kilt

Re: Fable II clothing?

I would like to point out that even though the dyes can be cool, they're also a pain-in-the-ass to use. What, with the fact that you can only use one at a time and have to back all the way out to switch colors and there's no "undo" or "preview" button or other convenient timesaver.
