All items included in the Fable II LCE are now available for download from the Xbox Marketplace, which includes The Wreckager, The Hall of the Dead and more(which I'm sure is the Hal's Outfit and Hal's Sword originally included in the Fable II LCE.)
Released in Feb, it comes as a small consolation now that the fable2.com site is no longer up. Which allowed you to the play The Hero's Tale and gain other bonus items, including the Chicken Suit. The items were redeemable for a short time from Lionhead at this link but has since expired. Unfortunately, there is no other way to get the items now, unless you already had them in a previous playthrough on the same Gamertag. Hopefully some time in the future they'll make the downloads available again but it's unlikely with them focusing on current and future releases.
