This first time I saw the first Fable, these were my very same thoughts. How can this game be all that good when it's so cartoony? It most certainly proved me wrong. And now that I've gotten into the modding scene The Lost Chapters just had new life put into it. I can't wait to destroy everyone and everything with one swing of my Sword of Aeons!

fable is what it is, if you feel it's too cartoony that's your opinion, I like it's style, there is something magical about it, I don't know that magic feel would still be there if the graphics we uber realistic

I know exactly what you're saying. There's something magical about it, and I hope I never loose the feeling that is Fable.

Imo it has not gone goofy, to be honest i think it's gone more...realistic, but no one can really speculate We'll see when it gets released eh?

My, my pages are huge.
One thing I love about Fable, are the over sized hands and feet. It's just the fabley feel.

The only thing that anoys me is the oversized hands and I only noticed them now, wow I did I not notice!

I don't mean darker in the literal sense (the game just boasts it's contrasts of colors, which is a good thing), I mean in the overall image and atmosphere. The Hobbes are a good example of what I mean. In the original Fable, they were flat out just fat, doofy looking creatures. in Fable 2 they look meaner, more powerful, and just give off a darker sort of feel than they did in Fable 1.

Goretex is completely right, I mean c'mon, look at the Tales of Albion 2. Tell me that's not dark. lol.

LOL, honest mistake with my pretty Fable Hero Avator.
Some of it looks more realistic, and darker, while some looks brighter, and more modern. It seems the game will be a mixture of a great many things. You can make up your own outfits, with dyes, and styles, you can choose. It'll be amazing how many outfits we can come up with. Endless combinations, will be great fun. We have only seen a few of the styles, but there are so many we haven't seen.

Yes, and our hair, plus theirs makeup, and jewelry and all those clothes. If you don't like stripes just dye it. I can't wait, this game will be amazing.
