In-Game Specific

What are the followers? There will be experience?
Followers, are your followers in your quest to overthrow your brother (the tyrant) Then will be the ones that will follow you on your kingdom, depending on your actions, quests and so on your amount of followers will change, also the type of followers will change. There won't be an experience system in Fable III.

Will the hero have wings, the hero's wings will also change depending on the morality of the hero?
Yes, there will be wings and these wings will change depending on the hero's moral status, for example an evil hero will have black, dark demonic wings when a good hero will have white angelic wings.

What's the touch system?
The touch system is the new way of interaction with the people of Albion, you can pass from an expression to another, for example you can slap someone then fart in their faces and then give them your hand as an apology.

Will the hero of skill (Reaver) Come back in Fable III?
There's much speculation about this, also seems there are Revear Industries in Albion now, which have created factories.

Will there be cinematic scenes like in Fable II?
Yes, there will be cinematic scenes like in Fable II, Peter Molyneux also mentioned that there will be way more than Fable II.

How does forging (leveling system) works?
From what's known so far, forging will be based on your weapon(s) level. Basically you can take a weapon, equip it and it will evolve depending how you use it, how much you use it and obviously what you kill with it.

Will there will be spells?
There will be spells, however they will be cast using Gauntlets, which will evolve through the same leveling system as the weapons, depending on how much you use a spell, the spell itself will level up.

Can we mix spells?
From what has been shown so far, you will be able to take two spell Gauntlets and use two different spells in the same time, creating an interesting effect.

Will spells override one-another (for example fire spell will destroy ice spell) ?
Yes, Peter Molyneux has mentioned that such spells will override each other, therefore one spell could destroy the other spell that has been cast at the same moment.

Co-op

Will the co-op feature return in Fable III?
The answer is yes, also will return with many new improvements.

What are the improvements of Fable III co-op?
The players now won't be bound to the same camera, one will be able to go anywhere without a problem, for example one could be around the town flirting while the other could be killing balverines in the field nearby.

You can marry, make children with your co-op partner?
Yes, you can marry and also make children with your co-op partner.

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

This is great, however, Azer already made a thread extremely similar to it. I would suggest getting in touch with him to give this information so he can feed it into his, as his does need a bit of updating.

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

The pre-order prices haven't been included. I don't want to suggest the best price to the user. The prices above are the ones that will be used in the stores. I don't want to create deals, I'm trying to share basic information.

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

Surely letting people know where to get the game cheapest is a good thing though?

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

I agree put where you can preorder the game and the diffrent prices :)

It's good, however I don't want to either support a certain retailer or try to figure out the best deals, also many people don't pre-order.

So you just stated the RRP. Which is a good thing. I'll end up getting it from GAME anyway.

Yes, there will be wings and these wings will change depending on the hero's moral status, for example an evil hero will have black, dark demonic wings when a good hero will have white angelic wings.

This is actually false. The hero will not be given wings. What we'll see is wings when we use the new "Extreme Emote" system which means if someone ****es you off and you happen to be evil, you can show them and by doing so demonic wings will sprout from your back (with other possible effects too).

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

^Also, they will appear every time you do a flourish.

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

Yeah I heard the same thing!

EVERYTIME WE USE A FLOURISH!?!?!

I used the flourish all the time in Fable II, so I'm gonna be like a walking extreme emote hero..

Hope you can turn it off, but I don't think so.. sadly :'(

I've seen scenes (according to pm nothing gets shown unless it's going to be in the game) of characters walking around with their wings out.

And that probably involves the "Extreme Emote" system.

It's rather pointless to get your hopes up over a video.

Re: Fable III - What's known so far

Who's getting their hopes up? DarkONI said the game has wings and you said the game doesn't. That they only show up with an extreme emote, I didn't see an emote there. And it's already been mentioned that the wings come out during flourishes. So the video was just to show that we don't have all the answers yet.

If wings come out longer than a brief moment I'd say that you are wrong and they sure seem to be sitting idly by while the hero was walking around holding hands. Emote or no.

I didn't say the game didn't have wings, I said it was stated to appear only during "Extreme Emotes". That's fine though, I can't wait until the game comes out. I'd like to see your face when you're not only disappointed but also when you realize that you were wrong and I was right. Make sure you take a picture, I want to be able to go back and laugh at it whenever I want.
