So, I went back to Brightwall and noticed that half the villagers hated me. I have no inkling why though. I'm good, the rent was low, houses were upkept. At first I thought it was the economy, so I sold a bunch of stuff, bought a bunch of items.

Nothing happened.

Tried putting the rent to normal, and they still kick my dog.

Any ideas?

Maybe in the quest 'The Weight of the World' you made some bad decisions. They make people hate you real bad and in the case of Brightwall, maybe you broke your promise to that bloke Samuel about rebuilding the Academy. Or you put down your feet on that Alcohol Limit decision.
