I want to do this but whenever I try to maintain it or trim it, I end up shaving it all off so its a bit annoying.

I have a friend who looks a lot like you, Shirosaki. And yes, he has had hair all over his body since he was a fetus too.

Thanks for the replies, to make it easier, if you want me to have a beard then vote "Goatee" and I will sort through the posts later.

I could grow a full beard and make it look not too shabby, but I have one thin line on my neck, about a quarter inch wide that doesn't like to grow that much hair, it is filling in there, but it isn't sweet.

Quick webcam shot, I got my school stuff still on cause I'm a lazy arse and showcasing my hairy chest. It's more visible and thick in real life

Oh and I shave my cheeks like every 3 days to make it grow back thicker so it fills out even more.

That's nothing. I've got a friend who had a full on beard at the age of 13. He looked (and still looks) like a ****ing lumberjack.

What I'm doing is keeping the chin spike I have now (visible in my sig) and a few years from now I plan to grow it to a full gotee. Chin spike makes you look a little older but still keeps you looking young.
