^ It's not made by Bethesda. It's made the people who were originally making Fallout 3. So, It has nothing to do with. I'd expect it to be similar to Fallout 1 and 2.

Though, since they used the "War Never Changes" thing used in F3, I think Bethesda might have something to do with it.

Bethesda is working on it, as well as some of the team from Fallout 1 and 2. Also it has absolutely nothing to do with Fallout 3.

I love that badass longcoat that guy has, I hope its wearable in the game.

Actually its using the engine from F3, so it won't be like F1 and 2. That would suck for modern consoles.

Bethesda will be publishing the title while Obsidian will be developing it. The "War Never Changes" is just a one-liner for the series, same line was repeated in the opening movies of Fallout 1 & 2, it has nothing to do with Bethesda.

It's being made by SOME of the people that made the first couple of games. Personally I was looking more forward to V13 than New Vegas, but the game-whores Bethesda put an end to that.

It still looks good though. And it's been confirmed it'll be using the same gameplay mechanics as Fallout 3.
