After the Fight was over i went to see my Family and they had Dissapeared, But they were not dead as i keep getting money taken from me and my wife keeps wanting to give me gifts, i tried moving house but they still dont appear so i have no clue how to get them back... Bug?

where did your family live during the attack? because if it was in bsmarket then they have a tendency to dissapear...as for them still being registered as alive i dunno :/ sorry mate
