Yeah when you Finish that Quest where you can buy the Farm off that Man.. he gives you a letter (once you bought it) and it says not to go in the Tomb or something where his Wife lives.. You have to get the Key from up stairs But i dont actually know where the Tomb is..

Do you know where it is?

Inside the barn there should be a cellar door thing in the back.

for exact directions, when you come out of the house, the barn is on your right. when you go in, you'll see rolls of sleeping matress, a ladder leading up the barn and also a cellar door next to the ladder. enter the tomb via the cellar door.
