I don't know about the sleeping part,but you do need to eat celery,a LOT of it.

Don't be tempted to just eat the Sublime celery, either. All celery takes off 5% fat.

Buy all the celery off the vendor. Go to a bed, eat the celery and sleep for 7 days. This will have allowed the vendor to restock so go back to him and buy the celery they have again and then repeat.

As far as I am aware, you only need to wait 12-24 hours for the sellers to restock. This is only in my experience, though,
