Out of the three Xbox 360s I've owned, only one of 'em has broken down on me (E-74 error) and that was fixed within a week. I'm pretty sure I got my original 360 back as well, and not some crappy second hand refurbished one. My two latest Xbox 360s (a premium which I gave to my neighbour and the Elite I'm using now) are both falcon chipsets and I haven't had any trouble whatsoever.

I've had it replaced twice but both times I got money back because the price had lowered :lol: They fixed that loop hole but not until I had basically gotten and elite for 199

Big Shame my elite has blew up twice (literally) but a quick call to microsoft and in about 2 weeks i was hobbe hunting in albion.

Sad, Sad Stories! i really don't want mine to break.. i bet it will as soon as a Real good game comes out and I buy it.. I CAN SEE IT NOW!!! NOOOO!! I dont want it to HAPPEN!! NO!!!

you probably got a stupid referbished one like I did. The one they gave me broke again within a month so I bought a new one.
