Re: Favorite Weapons

Get a picture of that to. HA HA HA:D

Re: Favorite Weapons

I will, in fact I shall try to get an array of many funny, and ridiculous, yet incredibly brave pictures of my grand journey.

Re: Favorite Weapons

please send them to me so I can have a laugh

Re: Favorite Weapons

Will do so, in the meantime, figure out what to talk about that related to the topic, so we don't get yelled at.

Re: Favorite Weapons

Why do like the weapons you speak of

Re: Favorite Weapons

Well the deal with the frying pan is because its just so funny to kill enemies with it, and if you look closely you'll see a face print in it.

The thing witht he Sword of Aeons is mostly because it looks cooler than the Avo's Tear. And the Solus is just so powerful to use.

Re: Favorite Weapons

I actually to this day still use my trusty Obsidian Greathammer. Ahh, the memories we share of slaying balverines...

Re: Favorite Weapons

Why the Obsidian Greathammer?

Re: Favorite Weapons

Wow you guys have kept this thread busy, good work.

Re: Favorite Weapons

Hey, I though you left. (aww crap, he's back)

Re: Favorite Weapons

I was always partial to Ronok the Axe or The Obsidian Greataxe because I could augment it with whatever I wanted....

Re: Favorite Weapons

Heh, Ranok The Axe is a nice little number. One of the best weapons I found when I was going through Fable for the first time.

Re: Favorite Weapons

Once i had the sword of aeons i didnt want to use anything else, afterall....

I did kill my sister for it

In terms of power though the swords of Aeon is kind of lame. The Solus greatsword has loads of power- possibly the most powerful in the game I think but Ronok the axe and the Harbinger just look damn cool. So does the cutlass bluetane now that I think of it.

Re: Favorite Weapons

When I got the Cutlass Blutane my first run through, I thought I was unstopppable, being the strongest beginner weapon. Of course that eneded once I found the Harbinger. Then came the Solus.

Re: Favorite Weapons

Sword of odius is my favourite, its also the strongest weapon i have =D
Even more than the sword of aeons, which i find stupid, as you just buy it in a shop.

Re: Favorite Weapons

I think your a bit confused on things.

Whats a sword of odius? Does that even exist- do you mean the Solus which is bought in a shop in Northern Bowerstone?

I think Fable explains why the sword of Aeons is a big lacking in power- something to do with the fact that because it changed hands so many times from person to person and that with the strength of the old kingdom went the infintite power of the sword of Aeons? Apparently when Jack got it it was nothing more than a mere shadow of its former glory.

Re: Favorite Weapons

Or, in gameplay terms, they toned it down because you got it before the end of the game in TLC. ;)

Besides, the Sword of Aeons/Avo's Tear are better than greatswords, because you can strike much, much quicker with them. Light weapons that do more damage than *most* of the other heavy weapons in the game? = Ownage.
