Latest exit polls in Ireland suggest ruling Fianna Fail party has suffered a heavy defeat

Just thought it kinda ironic that the party is called fail.

But how do you pronounce the 'á', for here lies the answer.

You don't know how to pronounce 'á'? It's a wide 'Ah'. Like, ''Whaaaah!!!'', or ''Aha'', or something like that. But then even more open. First, you can have 'a' sound like the 'ey' in 'hey'. You can also have the one in 'that'. Those are really flat versions of 'a'. You then get the 'a' in 'after' (Note: The British version: 'AHfter', not the American 'AEfter'), or 'remarkable' (the first 'a'). Finally you get the wide and open 'a', which can be written as 'á', with the examples I gave in the beginning.

So kind of f-ey-al?
