get the rest of the achievements.
finish some quests.
if you're evil kill villagers.
if you're good give out autographs to children an women.
buy all the property in the game.
keep doing the shooting range even if you have all the prizes.
same for the crucible.
but more importantly have fun playing the dam game.

...Anyhow.
As Fablefreak already stated; you can do lots, lots of things. This includes doing the Arena, or have sex with your spouse. You can save your child, as well as for making yourself even more renowned.

But, I'd rather stick to 1 spouse; otherwise I'd get a whore instead.
