Floyd Rose Tremolo on a Les Paul?

I got mine today, and I'm wondering if it could be done...
(My Les Paul, I mean.)

It's been done on other Gibson models, and I'm pretty sure I've seen it on LP models, but I dont think it's a standard thing. Mine definitely doesn't have one.

I was reading online, and it said that would would require extreme wiring... IF DONE AT HOME.
Does that mean I could take in my Les Paul, along with the Trem, to Guitar Center and have it put in... at a price?

Dunno. You'd have to cut a hole in it and insert the apparatus, and get the nut locks on there. I doubt you could get it done, even if you did, it would probably ruin the guitar.

Hmm. People say it would ruin the Sustain of a LP. But I want the classy-ness of the LP and the Metal-ness of the Floyd Rose. Ohh.
I'm gonna take it in to Guitar Center on Monday and see.
