'Followers'

Ok, I just watched one of the videos on the Xbox dashboard about X10, and in it PM said that there have been some new additions- weapon morphs, different continent and 'followers'.
A couple of days ago, I also watched one of the X10 videos that said instead of experience, the followers will have an impact on the changes in levelling and stuff.
I'm extremely sorry I cannot identify said videos, but 'followers' have come up a couple of times and I was wondering if any one could enlighten me a bit on them.

Thats exactly what it means... Obama became president of the US because the people chose him... Its the same scenario here

Thanks mate - I'm quite interested to see how people's opinions of you change the way the game plays out. If people hate you more, will there be rebellions against you?
If people like you more, will they offer to join your army for little wages? Will this have an effect on the strength of your army?

Definitely sounds interesting, though it makes you wonder if people who played fable through mass killing will have to change there method.

It'd be great if Hitler was king and you had to start a Jewish rebellion.

But seriously - the followers are just a 'Rebel Army' I suppose to overthrow the king. I don't know what purpose they'll serve but maybe you can use them in combat if you hire them, like Assassins Creed 2? I dunno.

In the beginning they will help you overthrow the current king and when you yourself becomes king I am sure they will if nothing more become your loyal followers and maybe even the leaders of your army or something.

Hopefully, though, you will in true Fable spirit choose their post-rebellion fate yourself. I'm fairly sure you will be able to either appoint them high ranking army positions (like I said before), make them your servants, let them live in peace (or turmoil and chaos) with the rest of your people, make them work at shops, or even have them executed as thanks and reward for their great effort in aiding you in becoming the new king. XD
