For me: AC2 Bonfire of the Vanities is Flaming Hot

Following sequence 12 - The Battle of Forli, Bonfire of the Vanities enables you to play sequence 13, which sees Ezio travelling back to Florence in order to foil Girolamo Savonarola - a mysterious black-robed monk who has used the Apple to persuade nine of Italy's most influential people to aid him in taking control of Firenze.
Naturally, this means getting stabby with Ezio once again, as you embark upon more exciting assassinations.
The DLC is out tomorrow on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 320 Microsoft
