The guy in the 2nd picture and 4th picture is the same dude :P

Could be some character tied to the main story

Seriously, the token black girl's clothes are VERY reminiscent of Whisper's.

I couldn't really find a good picture, but look--

Don't her little forearm-warmers look the same? And her head covering/hat-thingy is vaguely similar.

I'm going to stick and hope that they're connected.

I do agree. She reminds me of whisper.

There are a few parts that look VAGUELY similar to Whisper's gear but does that mean it's possibly Whisper? No. They never told us what happened to her canonically since you had the option of ending her life or sparing her.

Still, I'm willing to bet she has nothing to do with Whisper and is in fact, Garth and Hammer's love child.

But seriously Hammer looked ALRIGHT-ISH by the end of the game. But i do hope that girl is Garth and Hammer's love child. It would be so cute to have a relative from Garth/Hammer to help Hero.
