Seriously, the token black girl's clothes are VERY reminiscent of Whisper's.

I couldn't really find a good picture, but look--

Don't her little forearm-warmers look the same? And her head covering/hat-thingy is vaguely similar.

I'm going to stick and hope that they're connected.

There are a few parts that look VAGUELY similar to Whisper's gear but does that mean it's possibly Whisper? No. They never told us what happened to her canonically since you had the option of ending her life or sparing her.

Still, I'm willing to bet she has nothing to do with Whisper and is in fact, Garth and Hammer's love child.
